Thoughts to share...
I'm not quite sure if I can manage to write as cheerfully as I used to (I know several people miss that), I guess it's mostly because things are getting in some weird way hectic on my end though school's still pretty easy on the load and the only things that really do tire me out are the trainings that are now Wednesday (night), Saturday and Sunday. Updates include, The RinX Cup ending with Sta. Fe (Red) in 1st Place, Sta. Fe (White) in 2nd, The Southmall Tigers in 3rd and the DLSU Blades finishing fourth. There's a lot of side stories with regards to the RinX Cup, but I won't bother getting into the details because I wouldn't be able to tell it right anyway. All I can say is - I am proud to be a Blade, and will wear my (first^^) jersey with that pride. Heh. Sunday training is well under way... and has extended to (as some of you know...) Saturdays and Wednesdays. Novermber's just around the bend and Coach (Roach) wants us to shape up and commit already, if we want to be on the Hong Kong team. I want to... and I am planning to learn how to be a good Center Forward (Offensive player) since the Women's team is short on Offense. I feel... more than simply flattered that Coach said I could be a Center - and hell yeah, I am going to work my butt off to do the best that I can. I am, in a... daze. I guess that's the best way to put it... [pauses to change screens a moment and checks out what the hell is so hyped-up about Friendster] Now that I've checked out what seems to be the newest craze among Lasallians, I have come to the conclusion that it isn't exactly what I thought it would be, and it does not appeal to me as much as the rest of the things here, and on Livejournal and wherever else do. Gyeh. I still prefer the online communities where we can have a slighyt anonymity (is the spelling right?) because, to be honest, as much as I would LOVE to search for the people I feel I want to find via this service - heh. I don't exactly have the interest nor the drive... *sighs* but I WILL check it out... all things considered. [pauses for a bit] Dang it. GRrrrr... I'm logging out so I can look through it. This is soooo pathetic. Me and D just signed up. melina @ 12:48:00 AM )O( |
