Gyeh. Blogger's updated. Mrf. It's okay. I allowed myself to get used to it anyway.^^ (Oh Goddess, did that just rhyme???)
Blah.
The week has been good (and not half-bad and particularly weird), considering all the insane things that have happened. So far, on the wiccan side of my life there are two who have openly approached me about guidance. And that's something that is totally unexpected considering that I've barely done anything to draw attention to myself in that area of my life.
The first instance was last Friday, when a girl named Trish from my HISTCIV class approached me. Can you believe she noticed the tiny pentagram (which doesn't look like a pentagram) hanging around my neck - yep, the pewter one that my sisters (and my Da, Faye) also wear?
I'm in the little netshop beside Netopia since the latter happens to be filled to the brim. Somewhere behind me I know Kai is blogging (I think), while somewhere to my diagonal (behind me still) left, Isis is pretty much doing the same.
I'm browsing for newer skins for her (ideas mostly), since she deserves a new upgrade. And am looking for ideas for a skin for myself. Naturally, I'll end up asking Maia for the actual 'making' of the template. Heheheheh...
Things are a little 'off' lately... maybe it's the erratic weather, maybe it's the sudden change in atmosphere.
I honestly don't know.
In fact - I'm just trying my best to do what I can and live how I want to live. Right now, doing what I love doing matters the most. And that includes getting totally wiped out on Saturday games at Alabang, then rushing back home for a quick bath a change of clothes to head for choir service at Santuario de San Antonio in Forbes and finally rest at home.
Even my Sundays (I hope) can be filled with my dedication to the club newsletter, of which... I am currently the only one working on. Pictures and the initial article information came form outside, but basically it's all by me. Hence the leck of "written by" under the articles save for the main one.
I love doing this. I love doing what I can. I love making a big contribution to the group in itself. Makes me feel useful and allows me to have fun at the same time. In fact, when Jeff and I got to talking, even for the short time that it was last Saturday, I told him that I had several ideas for updating the website. I've written them down on paper just in case I bump into him and get to sit down and discuss stuff sometime.
Gyeh.
So why does part of me feel so rotten?
Honestly, I don't know.
Maybe it's the current problem that, though I've let it go - things just won't let ME go.
Melina Noelle Dauphin is 18 years of age born on the 18th of April 1985 at 9:25 am, on the cusp of Aries and Taurus.
She is a Wiccan by choice with Roman Catholic roots thanks to her parents and believes everything has a reason, and that
fate does not equal coincidence.
She is surrently studying at De La Salle University and will be taking up Behavioral Sciences come 1st term, 2003.
Her great loves include her music, dancing, writing, reading, hockey, Tolkien, Dragonlance, the Mighty Ducks (both animated
and the non-animated), and art in general.
She is known in various names such as Mel, Lina, Mia D (Devlin?), Noelle/Noey, Noei, Nyre, Lynne, Lillie, Noele,
Nibblet...all depending on what fandom/ mood/ life/ timeframe/ universe she's in. (MPD anyone?)
She wishes she were part Irish, is desperately learning how to speak Gaelic (and Cajun) and dreams of setting foot in New Orleans
in time for Mardi Gras, or on the shores of Ireland for Midsummer's Eve.
In the absence of a REAL lovelife, Mr.Bugholds the monopoly of my heart.^^

"I love Amy Lee from Evanescence and admire her style in singing. Her voice is heartbreaking
and it just gets to you. I'm not saying I want to be her, but
to be able to sing as good as she can, and as honest as she can... that's enough."

my computer. The moving pentagram - I do not remember where I found, but if you made this, feel free to
email me so I can give you due credit.
The faeries by Brian Froud are scanned from my own Faerie Oracle deck. These are not my works of art, and I scanned
the images only for my personal use.
